Returns
At Second Truck Parts, we prioritize your satisfaction. You have the option to return any purchased part to us within 7 days after receiving it to receive a full refund. Please contact us at support@secondtruckparts.com before sending any items purchased from us. In most cases, you will be provided with a free return label through USPS.
All our products are new and in unused condition unless otherwise specified. Each product is properly listed by brand and manufacturer part number. It is your responsibility to ensure you order the correct part number for your needs. Our ultimate goal is 100% customer satisfaction, so please work with us if any issues arise. For problems or questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
Note:
- Orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- All returns must have a valid RA number issued by our customer service department.
- All returns must be in new condition, uninstalled, and undamaged.
- All returns must be in the same boxes and packaging and must be in saleable condition.
- Products that have been installed or modified will not be accepted.
- Some products may be deemed “non-refundable” – you will be notified and required to authorize non-refundable orders before your order is placed in processing.
- Special Order items and electronics are Non-refundable.
Restocking Fee:
Second Truck Parts has a 20% restocking fee that is applicable on every sale.
Return Process:
Second Truck Parts has simplified the return process:
- Contact your sales representative for a Return Authorization Number (RA).
- Ship your return to our facility.
- Receive a credit within 48 hours of Second Truck Parts receiving and inspecting your return.
