Shipping policy

We ship heavy-duty truck parts across the United States and Canada, with international shipping available by quote. Orders for in-stock items placed by 6:00 PM ET typically ship the same business day; otherwise processing takes 24–48 hours. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.

Delivery options & estimated transit times

Transit estimates begin when the carrier picks up and exclude processing time.

  • Small Package Saver — 3–7 business days. Used for items under 10 lbs, including most free-shipping items.
  • Ground — 1–6 business days depending on your distance from Candler, NC. Primary carriers are UPS and FedEx.
  • Second Day Air — 2–3 business days.
  • Next Day Air — 1–2 business days. Order-by cutoff is 6:00 PM ET; the countdown on each product page shows your exact deadline.
  • Freight / LTL (oversize) — 3–5 business days. Quotes assume delivery to a commercial address with a dock or forklift; residential and limited-access deliveries may carry additional fees, and the carrier may call to schedule.
  • Will Call (local pickup) — free; call (877) 898-0737 to arrange pickup in Candler, NC.

Free shipping promotions

Free shipping applies to qualifying items via USPS or UPS ground services (3–7 business day transit) within the contiguous 48 United States only.

Canada

Ground service, typically 1–6 business days plus customs time. The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage charges. Customs may request additional information.

International

Email support@secondtruckparts.com with your address and the parts you need for a custom quote. Recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and import charges. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Damaged shipments

Inspect your delivery right away. Report damage within 24–48 hours to (877) 898-0737 and keep all boxes and packaging — we may request photos for the carrier claim. Please contact us, not the manufacturer.

Refused shipments

If you need to refuse a delivery, contact us in advance. Refused shipments incur return freight plus the original shipping charges, deducted from any refund.

Out-of-stock items

If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you promptly with the option to wait for restock (typically 3–14 days) or cancel for a full refund.
