Estimated Shipping Times:

Please note that the following transit times are estimates from the start of transit and exclude assembly, processing, or manufacturing time. Processing time typically ranges from 24 to 48 hours but may vary by product.

  • Small Package Saver: 3 to 7 business days (for products under 10 pounds, mostly for FREE SHIPPING items).

  • Ground: 1 to 6 business days (our primary carrier is UPS, occasionally Fedex).

  • Second Day Air: 2 to 3 business days (contact our sales department).

  • Next Day Air: 1 to 2 business days (contact our sales department).

  • Canada: 1-6 business days (transit time may vary due to customs and may require further information).

  • Large Package Rate: 3-5 business days (for residential deliveries, carrier may contact for scheduling).

  • Will Call (Customer Pick Up): Must be requested over the phone; no shipping or handling charges.

Shipping for Freight/Oversize Shipments:

Freight/LTL shipping quotes are based on delivery to commercial addresses with official business hours. Non-commercial addresses may require additional fees.

Free Shipping Promotions:

  • Applies to USPS or UPS with a 3 to 7 day transit time.

Canada Shipments:

Damaged Shipments:

Refused Shipments:

You can refuse a shipment, but contact us in advance. Refused shipments incur return and initial shipping charges.

SHIPPING

We now offer international shipping with rates calculated based on location. The processing time is 1 to 3 business days, and delivery can take 4 to 14 days from payment receipt. We do not ship to PO Boxes; ensure your Paypal account has a confirmed physical address.

Out of Stock:

We strive to have all listed items in stock. If temporarily out of stock, you'll be notified with the option to cancel or wait for the restock (typically 3-14 days).
